Executive Cleaning Home Organizing (herein after referred to as ECHO) is committed to ensuring that any private, sensitive or intimate information witnessed or overheard before, during and after consultation or service will be held in the strictest of confidence.

In any home or office an ECHO employee may overhear private conversation, witness private information and/or be privy to private contract negotiations or legal matter discussions. As we organize, de-clutter, re-organize and file private documents we will uphold the highest level of privacy standards. Client trust and confidentiality is a priority.

ECHO Owner, Barbara Ann Vocisano, earned a Masters Degree in Legal Studies, obtained her Police Records Check from Ottawa Police Services and a Federal Criminal Background check from the RCMP. In addition, all ECHO employees require a Police Records Check for work with the Vulnerable Sector before commencing work with ECHO. Due to the nature of ECHO’s work, we often work with persons with disabilities, the elderly and persons with mental health challenges. As such, ECHO employees are provided with a workshop on legal rights and responsibilities, The Disability Act and The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) which is the federal privacy law for private-sector organizations. It sets out the ground rules for how businesses must handle personal information in the course of commercial activity.
